Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice in New York. This is a high-compensation independent contractor opportunity designed for physicians who prioritize strong hourly income and scheduling flexibility.

This is a 1099 position with no employer-provided benefits.

$135 per hour

1099 Independent Contractor

No PTO

Candidates must have:

• Active, unrestricted New York medical license
• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• Active Medicare ID number
• Active New York Medicaid Provider ID
• Clean malpractice history
• No active disciplinary actions

Due to New York State prescribing regulations:

Physicians must be enrolled as a Medicaid provider in order to prescribe medications to Medicaid patients. Pharmacies will not process prescriptions from non-enrolled providers for Medicaid recipients.

Only physicians with active Medicaid enrollment will be considered.
