MANUFACTURING TEAM MEMBER

Nippon Sanso Matheson is looking for a Team Member for our manufacturing plant in Martinez, CA. Our Team Members are responsible for providing support to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, and safety. This position is a swing shift from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Sunday to Thursday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Packing and wrapping ice to customer specifics Shoveling and packaging dry ice during the manufacturing process Labeling, strapping, and staging of dry ice for loading Cleaning and sanitizing large industrial containers Safe forklift operation Will be required to move from one department to another or to be moved to and from positions/stations as directed by supervisor and leads.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Able to frequently/continually lift 30lbs while twisting, reaching and bending Able to stand for a full shift in non-climate-controlled environment Demonstrated ability to work on a team Attention to detail with a focus on quality Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Desired - Food safety experience Perform other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES Ability to Speak UP and do what is right, and have the ability to watch out for others and help instead of watch others work. PAY RATE:

RATE: $29.00 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential.
