In the role of Electrical Technical Specialist, we'll count on you to: Perform engineering assignments under the direct supervision of a licensed engineerDesign tasks involving judgment in evaluating, selecting and applying engineering techniques and proceduresProduction of design drawings and construction documents through the use of computer aided design and other softwarePreparation of design or quantity calculationsPreparation of specifications and contract documentsCoordination with other disciplines as necessaryOther duties as assigned by the supervising engineerPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineeringExperience working in multi-disciplinary environments#LI-EV1QualificationsRequired Qualifications Associate's degree in engineering or related field of study or equivalent work experienceA minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in the discipline to be supportedAptitude and demonstrated hands-on experience with computer applications specific to the discipline to be supportedKnowledge of industry standards specific to the discipline being supportedProficient with Microsoft OfficeGood verbal and written communication skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
