Responsibilities of an Internet Sales Consultant

The Internet Sales Consultant stands at the center of communication for David Auto. A successful Internet Sales Consultant is a team player who cultivates relationships with prospects and customers. An Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for the following:

• Answering customer phone calls and establishing follow-ups with the ultimate goal of creating a sales appointment in the showroom.
• Respond quickly to Internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates is expected.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.

Qualifications of an Internet Sales Consultant at David Auto

We are looking for a team member with at least one previous role based on phone sales or customer service experience. The ideal candidate is a positive and hardworking individual with a prompt and polite demeanor who is eager to succeed and improve within the workplace. Strong computer and writing skills are preferred for this position.
