Senior Tax Strategist

Pugh Executive Search is partnering with a well‑established, privately held Financial Services organization in Northeast Dallas to identify a Senior Manager / Director level Tax Strategy professional to lead strategic tax planning and advisory services for a portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals, family entities, trusts, and multi‑entity private structures. This role is ideal for a seasoned tax leader who thrives in a relationship‑driven environment and enjoys delivering sophisticated, forward‑looking tax solutions rather than routine compliance work. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to principals and related entities, overseeing complex tax matters, coordinating with external advisors, and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize structure, minimize risk, and support long‑term and multi‑generational planning. This is a high‑visibility position with direct access to decision‑makers and meaningful influence on strategy. Qualifications BBA in Accounting with either a CPA, JD or be established as an Enrolled Agent. 8+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting (Private Client/PCS), Family Office, or a sophisticated private‑client advisory environment Strong background in high‑net‑worth individual, trust, partnership, and entity taxation Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic, consultative tax solutions beyond compliance Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with principals and advisors Our client provides an excellent work-life balance, a family-friendly culture, and a negotiable hybrid work schedule is available for selected candidates! #J-18808-Ljbffr
