In this role you will support multiple priorities in parallel and interact closely with program management, functional stakeholders, and business line leadership to ensure Anduril is delivering on its financial commitments.You should be comfortable supporting and explaining financial drivers and variance analysis to cross-functional teams and executives. This is a critical role in a fast-growing company that is looking for problem solvers and innovators.What You'll DoWork with program management to develop and maintain ETC forecasts and EAC integrityAnalyze and monitor contract and product profit marginsForecast income statement and balance sheet by contract and business linePrepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc financial reporting for program management and business line leadershipReview the month-end close output for the business line, ensuring monthly revenue is appropriate and reflects actual performance on the contractsSupport quarterly business reviews, long-range planning, and other management data callsCreation of reports and automated dashboards in FP&A and ERP tools (e.g., Oracle ERP/EPM and Foundry)Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting tools, systems, and proceduresLook around the corner to mitigate future potential issues and implement best practices and process improvementsParticipate in special projects or ad-hoc analysis in support of the finance department and company initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field2-4 years of experience as a financial analyst or related finance/accounting roleAbility to operate independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressureAble to understand and communicate financial performance and variance analysis to stakeholdersCustomer service mindsetAcute understanding of Financial Systems, data management, and complex modelingUnderstanding of AI-driven workflows and models is a plusAbility to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearanceUS Salary Range$77,000 - $102,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
