Facility Manager

The Facility Manager is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring delivery of quality services while achieving set goals for revenue and profitability through effective management and coordination of teams, equipment, and vendors and facility resources.

Success criteria include delivery on contract promises, increased effectiveness and/or efficiency of delivered services through deployment of ISS standards and concepts, leveraging innovation and best practice opportunities. Successful delivery of prioritized projects and programs, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, understanding upcoming priorities and linking project delivery to the needs of the business. Deployment of relevant projects following the global/local standards while having complete ownership of project rollout and completion. Development of own skill base in line with agreed appraisal, taking responsibility for increased performance, and ensuring continued self-improvement. Participation and embrace of the development opportunities.

Key areas of collaboration and influence include communicating effectively with colleagues within the Business Unit and across the company so that information is disseminated effectively, and participating in project groups and meetings as required. Account Organization, Risk Management and Compliance, Customer Organization, Local Excellence Functions, External Partners and Suppliers, Account dedicated People & Culture, HSE, and Finance. Promoting the IFS model within the ISS community, transferring best practice, and using the account to promote and further develop ISS.

Ideal candidate experience includes 5+ years of facilities management experience, ideally in a supervisory role, a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field preferred, strong supervisory background desirable but not required, along with good customer service experience. Strong computer proficiency skills with emphasis on knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint), excellent time management skills; able to organize and work independently; bilingual is a plus. A valid driver's license may be required for this role (depending on the account).

Key accountabilities include ensuring delivery on contract promises, identifying and leveraging opportunities for improvement and best practices across the account, working from the global/local concept toolbox. Responsibility for innovation at the account, including deploying own resources in relevant Corporate Garage activities. PMO responsibility ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality of prioritized projects and programs on the account. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to identify and roll out project support. Engage in a wide network of Account Excellence Managers to ensure a steady flow of best practice sharing. Conducts periodic internal review to ensure that compliance procedures are followed. Increase customer loyalty and satisfaction through service excellence. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Physical demands and work environment include long working hours, sitting at a computer for 50% of the time, walking/inspecting the site 50% of the time, must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds, and must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.

The annual salary range for this position is $150000.00 - $160000.00. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the above range.
