Pay: $175-220k depending on experience


Are you ready to take the helm of large-scale industrial projects and make a lasting impact? As Site Manager, you'll be the driving force behind all construction activities on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and excellence in execution. This is a leadership role where your expertise will shape the success of complex, multidisciplinary projects in collaboration with the Project Manager and a world-class team.


You'll represent our EPC firm on-site, building strong relationships with clients, local authorities, contractors, and partners-while leading a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.



Key Responsibilities
• Lead with Purpose: Oversee all on-site functions, including health & safety, quality assurance, construction supervision, field engineering, project controls, contract administration, and materials management.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day site operations, facilities, and services to keep projects on track.
• Be the Face of the Organization: Maintain strong client relationships and foster trust with local communities.
• Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
• Champion Safety & Quality: Set the tone for a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Lead Meetings & Communication: Chair contractor kick-offs, progress reviews, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Develop Talent: Build and mentor a capable site team, ensuring performance and accountability.



Qualifications and Experience
• A degree in engineering or equivalent experience, with 15-20 years in managing large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Proven leadership in remote or challenging environments, with a strong focus on health, safety, and environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in planning, organization, and contract management, with sharp business acumen.
• Ability to build trust with clients and communities and manage industrial relations effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) processes and project interfaces.
• Mobility to work at remote sites on a rotation basis.
• Postgraduate studies in project or construction management are an asset.
