Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Maine state SLP license required to begin assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia evaluation and management preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with interdisciplinary care planning in post-acute settings.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record documentation in skilled nursing environments.
• Strong bedside evaluation and treatment planning skills for geriatric populations.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Position is based at a skilled nursing facility. Candidate may be expected to coordinate across departments within the facility.
