Guest Services Specialist

Responsibilities Assist in coordination and execution of various meetings and events. Assist caterers for meetings and events, including communicating and placing orders with vendors. Utilize familiarity with office and conference layouts to facilitate meeting logistics. Collaborate with other departments, including marketing. Maintain and stock kitchens, conference rooms, and visitor offices. Set up and break down beverage, coffee, and food arrangements for daily meetings. Manage inventory of supplies and maintain kitchen pantries, including coffee machines and other appliances. Perform light administrative duties such as scanning, copying, and invoicing. Serve as a back-up receptionist by answering and directing calls to appropriate individuals and greeting guests and visitors. Special projects and additional duties as assigned. Required Skills Exceptional customer service and communication skills with persons of all levels. Detail oriented. Required Qualifications & Education Bachelor’s degree required. 2+ years of experience in related area (coordinating events, hospitality, restaurants, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to conduct projects with little supervision. Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure. Professional appearance and manner required for interaction with clients, attorneys, and staff. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Moderate or advanced keyboard usage. Ability to lift a minimum of thirty-five pounds.
