Northgate Resorts - - Responsibilities: Assist guests with check-in and escort to lodging or RV sites; Provide concierge-style information and answer guest questions; Upsell ancillary services (firewood, ice, golf carts) and fulfill requests; Enforce park rules and assist with guest needs across multiple departments; Document guest interactions using a tablet and manage notes in the reservation system
