Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ER Registered Nurses to provide exceptional emergency care on a night shift schedule. The role requires rapid assessment and trauma management in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient stabilization and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform rapid assessments and triage to prioritize patient care needs.
• Manage trauma cases and provide advanced life support for various medical conditions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in IV access and other critical interventions.
• Document patient care accurately using CERNER or applicable systems.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all certification, licensing, and compliance requirements throughout the assignment.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current WV or Compact RN license; pending licenses considered for submission.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent ER RN experience.
• Be certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS through the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrate expertise in trauma management, rapid assessment, and advanced life support.
• Have strong clinical skills in IV access, interventions, and emergency procedures.
• Must have a permanent address more than 100 miles from the facility location.
