Description Responsibilities Provide one-on-one nursing care in client homes Assist with medication administration, wound care, G/J tube feeds, catheter care, and daily nursing tasks Monitor vital signs and patient conditions Report changes in condition to RN and care team Support clients and families in maintaining independence at home Maintain clear, timely documentation in Alora system Requirements Current North Dakota LPN license URGENTLY hiring CPR certification TB screening or documentation Previous home care or facility experience (preferred) Dependable and compassionate with strong attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
