Pay Rate: Starts From $18.00/Hr Responsibilities Create a pleasant and welcoming restaurant environment for Guests and team members by treating others fairly and with respect Lead and coach your team to operational excellence by promoting open communication and accountability Prepare products according to Metro’s operation, quality and safety standards, and ensure the restaurant meets sanitation and cleanliness standards during your shift Make decisions based on strong values & behaviors Have prior experience working in a quick service restaurant Be committed to work 15-30 hours per week Show enthusiasm for Team Metro and our Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins brands!
