Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Admin Coordinator for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity in San Juan Capistrano, CA. This role provides high-level executive and administrative support to organizational leadership within a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

The Senior Admin Coordinator will help create structure, consistency, and follow-through across a fast-moving team involved in publishing, production, curriculum, ministry initiatives, leadership resources, video training, church campaigns, and digital content. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized administrative professional who enjoys supporting leaders, coordinating details, anticipating needs, and helping teams operate more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide executive-level administrative support to organizational leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-up.
- Coordinate schedules, vendors, communications, documents, and project details across multiple initiatives.
- Help organize and track moving pieces related to publishing, production, curriculum, ministry, and digital content projects.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain documents, reports, meeting materials, and administrative records.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and ministry stakeholders.
- Anticipate needs, identify priorities, and help improve administrative processes for greater efficiency and consistency.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $28.00 to $31.00 per hour.
- Employment type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA.
