Bill Rate: $40/hr on C2C

Position Overview

TN DHS is seeking an experienced QA Analyst III to lead and support User Acceptance Testing for application-modernization initiatives. The role requires hands-on experience with manual and automated testing within Agile/Scrum teams, including accessibility and AI-powered testing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support UAT planning, test-case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
Work with users and business teams to define testing requirements.
Create and execute manual and automated test scripts.
Perform API, performance, regression, functional, and accessibility testing.
Develop reusable automation scripts to improve test coverage and reduce testing time.
Support testing for modernized and ServiceNow-based applications.
Document defects, testing results, process flows, and status updates.
Collaborate with developers, business users, and project teams.

Required Skills

Strong manual and automation testing experience.
UAT leadership and business-user coordination.
Agile/Scrum project experience.
ADA/Section 508 accessibility testing.
AI-powered testing tools or techniques.
Jira and Zephyr for Jira.
Postman for API testing.
Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, or similar automation tools.
SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Requirements

Candidate must be local to Nashville, Tennessee.
Fingerprinting is required upon selection.
