Aquatics Lead

Aquatics Manager/Lead British Swim School of Greater Anaheim seeks an Aquatics Lead to create a fun yet professional environment, providing our customers and their children with excellent learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Teach the British Swim School program curriculum to children and adults, including special needs/adaptive aquatics. Manage swim instructors at multiple pool locations on varied days and hours. Engage with parents on deck, articulating student progress and areas for improvement. Provide initial training in the BSS swim method and ongoing development of all swim teachers. Use BSS Instructor assessment and development tools/checklists to maintain lesson quality. Evaluate swim instructor performance and create performance improvement plans as needed. Offer guidance and support when managing difficult class situations. Handle some phone calls; bilingual skills are helpful. Report to the Aquatics Manager. Qualifications & Experience Great personality with a desire to work with kids in a fun environment while teaching survival skills. Experience working with children and a passion for water safety and survival. At least one year of experience leading a team. Experience setting and maintaining standards for a service business—especially if child‑related. Bilingual (preferred).
