Junior Account Executive (Miami)

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, networking) to generate new business opportunities

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate investors, and referral partners

•⁠ ⁠Manage and track a pipeline of prospects using

CRM systems

•⁠ ⁠Support clients throughout the loan process, ensuring consistent communication

•⁠ ⁠Identify market trends and target high-quality opportunities

•⁠ ⁠Assist with industry events, trade shows, and networking initiatives

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠1+ year of experience in sales, finance, or a related field preferred

•⁠ ⁠Mortgage or financial services background is a plus

•⁠ ⁠Strong phone presence and ability to handle high-volume outreach

•⁠ ⁠Proven ability to generate leads and meet sales targets

•⁠ ⁠Highly motivated, self-starter with a competitive mindset

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Proficiency with CRM platforms and basic business tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

•⁠ ⁠Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
