Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (based on benefits and candidate profile)
• Salary: Starting at $250,000 (for new graduates), with increases based on experience

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatric subspecialists
• Participate in evidence-based patient care and quality improvement initiatives
• Support and mentor residents and fellows; engage in teaching opportunities
• Engage in multidisciplinary rounds and family-centered care
• Contribute to clinical protocols and best practices adherence
• Assist with coverage for on-call and weekend rotations

What You Need:

• Valid Nevada medical license or be eligible to obtain one
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Fellowship training in Neonatology (open to new fellows through 2025)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
