What You’ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care within Level III NICUs at Mountain View Hospital and Southern Hills Hospital
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatric subspecialists
• Utilize advanced services such as high-frequency ventilation, body cooling, and inhaled nitric oxide
• Participate in teaching and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives
• Support new patient admissions, monitor ongoing care, and support stabilization
• Contribute to evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
• Maintain comprehensive documentation on all patient care activities

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Valid medical license in Nevada or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Experience in Level III NICU settings
• Comfortable with advanced neonatology interventions
