What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized neonatology care to newborns in Level III NICUs at Mountain View Hospital and Southern Hills Hospital
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatric subspecialists
• Manage intensive care procedures such as high-frequency ventilation, body cooling, and inhaled nitric oxide
• Support newborns with complex medical needs, ensuring evidence-based, quality patient care
• Participate in teaching opportunities and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Assist in developing protocols and contribute to a collaborative care environment
• Potential to engage in research or quality initiatives within the neonatal unit

What You Need:

• Board Certified/Eligible in Neonatology
• Valid state medical license (or eligible for licensure in Nevada)
• Fellowship training in Neonatology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

Preferred:

• Experience in a Level III NICU setting
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple pediatric subspecialties
