We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients with physical impairments, injuries, or disabilities. The Physical Therapist will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to help patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to restore strength, balance, coordination, and mobility
• Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and specialized equipment to support patient recovery
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
• Promote a safe, motivating, and supportive environment for patients throughout their rehabilitation process
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies

Qualifications:

• Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program
• Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with commitment to quality care
