Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Assist with day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth workflow
- Control labor and food costs while maintaining high quality standards
- Handle guest issues professionally and with care
- Serve as a positive role model of hospitality and teamwork
Required Skills and Experience
- At least one year of experience in guest-focused businesses like retail, restaurant, or hospitality
- Reliable with natural leadership abilities and a self-starting personality
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to support team members as needed
- Ability to effectively use point of sale systems
- Must be at least 17 years old
