Salesforce Field Service Consultant

Seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Field Service Consultant in a fully remote contractor role, this position will lead customer-facing discovery, solution design, and implementation efforts for Salesforce Field Service engagements, focusing on modernizing field operations and optimizing service delivery models. Key responsibilities Lead discovery workshops and document current and future-state service operations Design end-to-end Salesforce Field Service solutions and create implementation roadmaps Configure and implement Salesforce Field Service solutions while supporting data migration and system integration activities Required qualifications 5 years of Salesforce consulting experience 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Field Service experience Deep understanding of Salesforce Field Service architecture and best practices Experience leading customer-facing discovery and design sessions Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, especially Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant
