What You'll Do
As an Occupational Therapist , you will:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving function and independence.
- Help patients develop, recover, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and work-related activities.
- Establish measurable functional goals and monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Supervise and support therapy aides and students, as applicable.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic medical records.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, payer, and organizational requirements.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on teamwork and exceptional patient care.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Active California Occupational Therapist License in good standing.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Current TB clearance.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) highly encouraged to apply
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills.
- Exceptional patient care and bedside manner.
