Member Assistant Specialist

Senior LIFE is currently seeking a Member Assistant Specialist to fill a full time, permanent, position at Senior LIFE.

Responsibilities of the Member Assistant Specialist:

Precepting new Home Health Aides to their roles
Facilitating new hire competencies and education
Home Care Coverage for open visits
Helping with participant care in center to include day room coverage and shower assistance
Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements of the Member Assistant Specialist:

Must have a valid Driver's License, vehicle and current auto insurance
Related experience in the field is required
Experience working with the elderly population
