We’re Hiring: Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) – Oncology | Phase 1 | Remote (PST Hours) We're partnering with a small, start-up biotech to hire an experienced Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to lead early-phase oncology studies . This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands‑on CTM who thrives in a lean biotech environment and enjoys taking true study‑level ownership . Key Responsibilities Serve as the Study Lead for assigned clinical trials, owning day‑to‑day trial execution Oversee CROs and vendors, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence Partner closely with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Data Management, and Safety Support study start‑up through close‑out, with a focus on early‑phase oncology trials Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field (advanced degree a plus) 5+ years of clinical operations experience 2+ years of hands‑on Study Lead experience Strong experience in small biotech environments Phase1 experience is neededOncology clinical trial experience required CRO experience plus small biotech experience is highly desirable Ability to work remotely while aligning to PST hours Apply directly to learn more! #J-18808-Ljbffr
