What We Offer Competitive compensation package with potential to earn approximately $300,000 annually Combination of base pay, retirement plan contributions, and 401(k) benefits 401(k) with approximately 10–12% annual contribution 2 weeks of paid vacation - Paid at $4,500 per week Continuing education allowance Uniforms Potential relocation assistance Future partnership/ownership opportunity for the right candidate Schedule Full-time Mon-Thur 8:00AM - 5:00PM Fri 8:00AM - 12:00PM What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: A licensed dentist who is motivated to grow professionally Experienced in general dentistry and comfortable providing comprehensive care Interested in building long-term relationships with patients Team-oriented and committed to quality dentistry We are open to newer dentists, especially those who have completed a GPR or AEGD residency . Dentists with approximately 3–4 years of private practice experience are ideal, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate who demonstrates strong clinical skills, motivation, and a commitment to growth.
