NOW HIRING: Quality Control Laboratory Technician / Analyst
Pasadena, TX
Pay Range: $28–$30/hour

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Laboratory Technician / Analyst to support analytical instrumentation, chemical testing, and quality assurance processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product quality standards for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform testing of in-process and finished samples according to laboratory SOPs
• Conduct chemical and analytical testing on raw materials, stock solutions, customer samples, and proprietary formulas
• Communicate test results to production and management teams
• Prepare Certificates of Analysis and distribute documentation as needed
• Maintain laboratory records, logs, and specifications
• Perform calibration and routine maintenance on laboratory instrumentation
• Support R&D projects, process development, and special analysis requests
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment

⚙️ Instrumentation Experience Preferred:
• ICP-OES
• XRF
• pH analysis
• Density and wet chemistry analysis
• General laboratory instrumentation and calibration

✅ Qualifications:
• Associate’s Degree in Chemistry required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2–5+ years of laboratory and/or quality assurance experience
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial laboratory settings preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
