Service Advisor Opportunity
Classis Hyundai/Genesis of Hampton is hiring for an experienced service advisor. We are searching for great people to join our team that want to work in a clean and safe environment in our ever growing dealership, come and see what we have to offer. We provide an excellent working environment and state of the art facilities. Responsibilities include:
- Working with clients in a one on one relationship
- Use of DMS systems to create repair orders/verify client information
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating clients frequently
- Verify that the final invoices are correct and complete
- Explain all completed work and charges to clients
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer satisfaction is a plus!
- Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant is a must
- Above average energy level
- A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
