Essential Functions:

• Assist the Physical Therapist in planning and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services under PT supervision
• Accurately document resident progress and communicate updates to the rehab team
• Promote resident engagement and well-being through effective therapeutic interventions

What We're Looking For:

• Current Pennsylvania PTA license
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in long-term care or a rehab setting is a plus
