What You’ll Do – Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs. Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products. Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships. Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, to prevent loss and charge‑off accounts. Maintain customer information in POS system with accuracy and integrity. Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures. Perform duties outside the office, including vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing. Meet performance standards via business‑to‑business partnerships, referrals, and hosting events. Implement office security protocols, opening and closing procedures, and manage vault and cash drawer. Ensure compliance with company policies and laws; conduct audits, create reports, and compile financial data. Monitor store appearance and cleanliness; schedule maintenance services. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment; handle multiple tasks to meet performance standards. Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership. Maintain a full‑time schedule, including weekends. Full‑time includes at least 40 hours per week. Store hours and minimum hours may change at the company’s discretion. Qualifications and Skills Bilingual (English/Spanish). High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of customer service, sales, or retail experience. At least 3 months of supervisory/key holder or relevant leadership experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems. At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama). Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for use during work; mileage compensated. Background check required, performed in accordance with applicable law. Physical ability to stand up to 90% of the time, move up to 25 pounds, and operate mechanical controls. Nice to Haves – Preferred Qualifications and Skills Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, service, or related industries. Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing.
