Infant/Toddler Teacher – Ages 2 to 24 Months We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our nurturing team. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for working with our youngest learners and understands the importance of structure, love, and individualized care in early childhood development. Key Responsibilities Create a warm and welcoming environment for infants and toddlers Keep up with numerous individualized schedules, including feeding, naps, and diapering Maintain accurate daily records of activities, meals, diaper changes, and naps Follow all health, safety, and DSS licensing regulations Respond promptly and professionally to parent communications Help smooth transitions and regulate various temperaments throughout the day Organize and implement age-appropriate crafts and sensory activities Provide loving and attentive care during diapering, feeding, and naptime routines Supervise toddler mealtimes and introduce basic developmental concepts We’re Looking for Someone Who Is highly organized and detail-oriented Has experience with infants and toddlers Is calm, nurturing, and patient in a fast-paced environment Can balance structure with flexibility to meet children’s individual needs Thrives in a team-oriented, collaborative work setting Benefits Training & development If you're ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of infants and toddlers while working in a supportive and loving environment, we want to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
