Salary $120,000 – $220,000 per year. Why Join Us Fantastic stability No shortage of leads Great support staff Amazing compensation opportunities Advancement Job Details & Responsibilities This position focuses on pre‑litigation and will involve: Handling both pre‑litigation and litigation cases Ensuring clients understand the process they will undertake Drafting all documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc. Guiding clients through the entire case Attending and conducting depositions, mediations, hearings, etc. Qualifications Member of the California bar Graduate of an accredited law school At least 1 year of personal injury experience Willingness to work at volume; volume firm Open to some trial work down the line Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
