Our agency has been serving the Austin community since 1978 and has grown to a team of 25. With decades of experience and a large, established team, we’re proud of the environment we’ve built and the long-standing relationships we’ve developed with the customers and communities we serve.

Community involvement is a big part of who we are. Our team stays active throughout Austin through local events, including UT sporting events and concerts. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ted H Heaton III - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
