AlphaBEST Education Before School Group LeaderLocation: Vanguard Schools (Upper/lower location), Colorado Springs, CO 80905Schedule: No weekends! Monday-Friday, 6:30 am til start of schoolHere's what you'll need:A minimum of 455 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+) and be 18+ years old is preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needsProof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)Pay & Benefits:Part-time benefits, including health, are availableEmployee referral program Deep discounts on program tuition for dependentsAs an AlphaBEST Guide, you'll be trained to do the following:Lead a group of student explorers through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.Provide a caring, family-oriented environment that fosters positive relationships among staff, children, and parents.
