Job Description
VibroXpress LLC is a fast-growing, locally owned delivery company serving South Metro Atlanta.
As a Route Leader (RL), you are accountable for the safe operation and care of your assigned vehicle, company property, and equipment. You are responsible for delivering packages safely, accurately, and efficiently while following established delivery protocols, procedures, and performance standards.
We are building a high-performance, digitally savvy, and technology-forward company and are looking for reliable, safety-focused people who want steady work, competitive pay, and real opportunities to grow.
For the right-caliber talent , opportunities to grow into areas such as training, dispatch, fleet operations, performance, recruiting, process improvement, technology-enabled operations, and leadership may become available after 90 days of demonstrated strong performance, reliability, and consistent execution , based on business needs and available opportunities.
