Client Services Associate

Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing timely support. Coordinate onboarding activities for new clients and ensure a smooth transition. Respond to client requests, resolve issues, and escalation complex concerns when appropriate. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of client requests. Maintain accurate client records, account information, and activity logs in the CRM system. Monitor client accounts to ensure service quality and identify opportunities for process improvements. Prepare reports, presentations, and account documentation for client meetings. Assist with contract renewals, account updates, and service modifications. Track client service metrics and follow up on outstanding requests. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in client services, customer service, account management, or a related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
