Location 10810 Duvall St, Glenn Dale, MD, 20769, United States Base Pay $18.00 - $20.00 / Hour Employee Type PT Non-Exempt Hours: Part-Time, estimated 24 hours per week Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Position Summary Assistant Store Manager – responsible for day‑to‑day operations, leasing, maintenance, customer service, and financial reporting. Responsibilities Assist with the management of property operations, including leasing, customer relations, rent collection, and financial reporting Maintain the property through regular checks, daily walks, and minor repairs Uphold cleanliness standards, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and trash removal Respond to customer inquiries, conduct tours, and explain lease terms Address customer complaints and emergencies promptly Follow company policies to maximize efficiency and tenant satisfaction Physical Requirements Bend and lift to move items at least 25+ pounds Operate tools and equipment such as bolt cutters, grinders, and drills Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods while performing indoor/outdoor tasks Requirements Flexibility to work at multiple locations Ability to multitask and remain organized Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office Ability to meet sales goals Valid driver's license Benefits Paid time off and holidays EEO Statement Self Storage Plus Management is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination or harassment.
