At The Fountaine Collective, customer service is all about creating great experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll deliver outstanding customer service while representing nationally recognized brands at retail promotions and live events across Indianapolis. If you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
Whether you've worked in retail, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing role, this is an opportunity to build your skills, earn weekly pay, and grow with a company that promotes from within.
What You'll Do
No two days are the same. You'll interact with customers at live events, answer questions, introduce products and services, and help create a positive experience from the first conversation through to sign-up. You'll work closely with your team to support promotional campaigns while representing our clients professionally and confidently.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who enjoy talking to others, have a positive attitude, and are excited to learn. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is helpful, but not required. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
