LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)Shift Information: NightsPosition Overview: The LPN on our 4 West unit will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in a 24-bed adult medical-surgical and orthopedic setting. This role requires collaboration with healthcare teams and adherence to professional nursing standards.Key Responsibilities:Assess patient needs and develop personalized nursing care plans.Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient responses.Collaborate with ancillary nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5.Support patient care across various age populations, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience required.Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) are required.Additional Information: Holiday coverage is required for this position.Client Details Address: 3401 West Gore Boulevard, Lawton, OK, 73505
