About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its global technology organization. The successful candidate will be a key legal partner during a period of growth, operational integration, and strategic evolution. This role requires a commercially minded and pragmatic attorney with a strong background in commercial contracting, corporate transactions, governance, compliance, privacy, intellectual property, and strategic business initiatives. The Senior Corporate Counsel will be a trusted advisor to stakeholders, supporting revenue-generating activities, managing legal and operational risk, and enhancing legal and business processes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant legal experience, with a preference for those who have worked in software, technology, SaaS, fintech, or private equity-backed organizations, and who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Applicants for the Senior Corporate Counsel position at the company should have a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and be prepared to operate across evolving business priorities. The role is well-suited for an attorney who enjoys being a highly integrated business partner and is adept at handling a wide range of legal matters. A strong educational background in law is required, and the candidate should be a member in good standing of the bar in at least one jurisdiction.
