If youre hands-on, technically sharp, and take pride in preventative maintenance and precision repairs, we want to meet you./ph3What Youll Do/h3pAs a key member of our Maintenance team, you will:/pulliTroubleshoot and perform complex repairs on filling, packaging, mixing, and building equipment/liliDisassemble, repair, and rebuild production machinery with minimal supervision/liliPerform preventative and predictive maintenance across facility and production equipment/liliDiagnose electrical systems using a multimeter (24VDC 120VAC I/O controls)/liliWork with PLC systems, air logic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems/liliInterpret blueprints, machine drawings, and schematics to determine root cause/liliPerform advanced electrical, welding, plumbing, and carpentry repairs/liliFabricate fixtures and parts using machine tools when needed/liliTrain and guide other mechanics while maintaining high workmanship standards/liliInitiate work orders and document repairs and abnormal conditions/li/ulh3What You Bring/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or GED/lili35 years of technical trade experience in industrial maintenance/liliStrong industrial electrical troubleshooting background (highly preferred)/liliExperience with PLCs, controls, hydraulics pneumatics/liliAbility to troubleshoot using a multimeter/liliExperience operating powered industrial trucks (a plus)/liliMechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills/liliAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in active manufacturing environments/li/ulh3Work Environment/h3pThis is a hands-on manufacturing role requiring:/pulliStanding/walking for most of your shift/liliClimbing, bending, lifting, and twisting/liliWorking around chemicals, noise, heat/cold, and heights/li/ulh3Why Permatex?/h3ulliStable, established chemical manufacturer/liliTeam-focused environment/liliOpportunities to mentor and grow/liliWork where your technical expertise truly matters/li/ulpIf youre ready to bring your electrical and mechanical expertise to a fast-paced manufacturing environment and keep production running at peak performance apply today and power the next shift at Permatex./ppCompensation Information:/ppThis position pays between $29-$35 an hour depending on experience and job history.
