Warehouse Worker

Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 40 hours per week Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm About the Role At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. This dynamic role combines hands-on warehouse operations with the opportunity to mentor and support program beneficiaries in their work therapy development. You'll help maintain an organized warehouse while making a meaningful impact in people's lives. What You’ll Do Warehouse Operations Load, unload, and move products to correct departments Price merchandise according to guidelines Track production numbers and complete reports Maintain organized work areas and clean environment Operate warehouse equipment as trained Follow safety protocols and procedures Assist donors with donation drop-offs Complete donation receipts accurately Collect and track donor information Process various types of donations including: Clothing and accessories Household items Electronics Furniture and antiques Jewelry and collectibles Equipment Operation May be trained to operate: Baler Compactor Elevator Other warehouse equipment Training Provided Paid training on processing standards and warehouse procedures Ongoing coaching and support from Warehouse leadership Opportunity to build retail and customer service skills Why Join Us Mission-driven work that supports programs in your community On-the-job training Team-oriented environment Employee Discount, Employee Assistance Program, and more!
