Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician (Hot Side) who wants to continue growing in the division. You will focus on commercial cooking equipment for restaurants, schools, hospitals, corporate buildings, and other food service customers.

Our company doesn't only focus on commercial kitchens, we also have a separate division for Commercial HVAC and refrigeration. We have more than 100 trucks on the road and are servicing customers in MA, NH, RI, and CT.

Equipment You'll Work On

• Ovens: combi, convection, conveyor, and pizza deck ovens
• Ranges, grills, griddles, broilers, tilt skillets, and commercial microwaves
• Fryers and heat and holding systems
• Steamers, kettles, and water-line equipment
• Countertop and food prep equipment
• Brands like [Rational, Vulcan, Pitco, Frymaster, Garland, Hobart, Alto-Shaam]

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair gas, electric, and steam equipment on-site
• Perform preventive maintenance on customer equipment
• Troubleshoot controls, ignition, and heating systems using wiring schematics
• Close out work orders and communicate with dispatch on a phone or tablet
• Explain repairs clearly to kitchen managers and chefs
• Take part in the on-call rotation for emergency service.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years servicing commercial cooking equipment
• OSHA 10
• CFESA certification preferred
• Strong gas, electric, and steam troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license [and clean driving record]
• Must agree to a background check and drug test
