Job responsibilities include serving as a primary point of contact for clients, facilitating work authorizations and disposal approvals with clients as needed, scheduling and coordination of jobs, supervising and supporting field technicians to ensure daily goals and performance expectations are met, planning job sites and ordering supplies while managing labor and material budgets, ensuring ERT technicians are prepared each morning with proper equipment, materials, and clear direction, training and supporting team members in contents handling, including cleaning, wrapping, packing, hauling, and safe lifting practices, coordinating and communicating effectively with Estimators, Contents Crew Chiefs (CCC), and Technical Specialists, completing required TPA/insurance documentation, including accurate RMS notes, uploading job photos daily to The Huddle (SharePoint) as needed, overseeing Assured Software reports, including downloading, sharing with homeowners, and distributing to internal team members, monitoring RMS to ensure accuracy and daily updates, including equipment tracking, compliance task completion, and daily job file updates, partnering with the Shop Manager to manage equipment tracking (check-in/check-out), completing final walkthroughs and obtaining Certificates of Completion from clients, accurately tracking time daily, assigning labor to the appropriate jobs, assisting clients with retrieving and managing contents from storage, and completing additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or COO.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
