Job Duties Support printing press operations, machine setup, changeovers, and label production. Assist with kitting, tooling preparation, ink mixing, plate mounting, and press cleaning. Perform packaging, collating, wrapping, stacking, and shipping functions. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, store, and retrieve materials accurately. Follow quality control, ISO, product safety, and data integrity standards. Complete routine housekeeping, equipment cleaning, and preventive maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate inventory, production, and shipping records. Collaborate across departments to meet production schedules and customer requirements. Adhere to all workplace safety policies and procedures. Support additional production and warehouse duties as assigned, including overtime when needed. Requirements Experience in manufacturing, printing, warehouse, packaging, or production environments preferred. Ability to read work instructions, measurements, rulers, and basic fractions. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities. Comfortable learning new equipment, processes, and computer systems. Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification preferred.
