Front Counter Customer Service Representative
Hiring Immediately - Join the Admiral Cleaners' team now as a front counter customer service representative at our Severna Park location.
Schedule available: Monday- Friday 2 - 7pm; Saturdays 9-2pm; plus fill-in days; NO SUNDAYS
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve clients dropping off and picking up clothing. Engage with clients to enhance relationships.
- Provide product and service information and assistance to clients in a friendly manner.
- Maintain client accounts with current and accurate information.
- Resolve client problems in a timely and professional manner using scripts and skills provided to you.
- Enter garment descriptions into the computer with accuracy (data entry).
- Fold and package finished garments to prepare for pick-up.
- Sort, scan and file finished garments for storage.
- Keep work areas neat and clean at all times.
