We're looking for a creative, organized, and Pilates-loving Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand to life online and in the studio. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys content creation, understands the wellness space, and is excited to help grow a local business. What You'll Do Create, film, edit, and post engaging content for Instagram and Facebook Develop content calendars and execute monthly social media plans Capture studio life, instructor highlights, client stories, events, and promotions Write compelling captions and engage with our online community Design marketing materials including flyers, event graphics, and promotional assets Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and sales announcements Collaborate with the studio owner and team to brainstorm marketing initiatives Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels Track social media performance and provide monthly insights and recommendations What We’re Looking For Austin-based and able to spend time in the studio capturing content Familiarity with Pilates, fitness, wellness, or boutique fitness brands Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook best practices Experience with Canva and basic photo/video editing, creating graphics and posters for management and the front desk team to display in the studio for upcoming events, workshops, promotions, and other studio announcements Excellent written communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated Comfortable filming Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes content Photography and videography experience is a plus Position Details Part-time (approximately ~5-10 hours per week) Flexible schedule Combination of in-studio content creation and remote work Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Complimentary Pilates classes and studio perks About ALIGN West At ALIGN West, we believe Pilates is about more than just movement.
