Clinical Specialist, CST - Brick, NJ

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist for Cranial & Spinal Technologies in the Brick, NJ area to provide technical and clinical support for neurosurgery, navigation, and robotic-assisted surgery products. The field-based role involves customer training, system maintenance, procedure support, and market development across a regional territory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site installations and provide technical assistance during technology-enabled procedures
• Maintain and upgrade system hardware and software; perform preventative maintenance
• Educate and train surgeons, physicians, and hospital staff on navigation and robotic technologies
• Serve as primary customer liaison for technical support, repair issues, and service delivery
• File reports on customer visits, technical issues, and market opportunities for district team

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED plus 6+ years clinical, medical sales, or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
• OR Associate's degree plus 4+ years relevant clinical or medical technology experience
• OR Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years relevant clinical experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to reside within territory
• Proficiency with UNIX/LINUX commands for operating file modification
• Strong clinical knowledge of neurosurgery and image-guided surgical technologies
