Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with at least 2 years of experience, including critical care, for a 13-week day shift assignment at an acute care hospital.

Details

• Respiratory Therapy unit in an acute care hospital setting
• Day shift hours: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Floating may be required within skill set to other units onsite or to facilities within a 40-mile radius

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience, including critical care
• Intubation and arterial line insertion experience required
• Prior travel assignment experience required
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Current AHA ACLS certification required
• Current AHA PALS certification required
• Current AHA/AAP NRP certification required
• License required if applicable
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• Full Social Security Number and full date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform respiratory therapy services including critical care interventions such as intubation and arterial line insertion
• Local candidates will be considered; however, candidates living within the facility's radius may be subject to a reduced pay rate
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position
