Locum CRNA Opportunity | Boise & Nampa, Idaho

Locations: Boise & Nampa, Idaho
Specialty: CRNA - Anesthesia
Providers Needed: 1+ / Client is actively looking for additional full-time CRNAs
Start Date: January 2027
Coverage: Full-time only
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Temporary/Emergency Privileges: No

Schedule & Coverage

This client is looking for FULL-TIME CRNAs ONLY . They are declining candidates who cannot commit to full-time coverage or who require frequent/monthly travel arrangements.
40 hours per week are guaranteed.
Providers must be flexible with scheduling. The facility can utilize:
- 8-hour shifts
- 10-hour shifts - preferred
- 12-hour shifts
- Occasional 14-hour shifts
- Night call
The confirmation letter will specifically state that every CRNA must be willing to work 8s, 10s, 12s, 14s, and night call if needed .
Call is REQUIRED. The client will not consider candidates who are unwilling to participate in call.
Expected call participation is approximately:
- One weeknight per month
- One weekend.

Assignment Length

Locums may work for 12 consecutive months . After 12 months, the provider must take a 6-month break before returning. Following the break, they may return for another 12-month period.

Practice & Case Mix

CRNA coverage is utilized across both the Boise and Nampa locations.
The practice includes:
- 17 Main ORs
- 7 Day Surgery Center ORs
- Cath Lab
- Endoscopy
- Radiology
- Specials/procedural areas
- Trauma cases
The patient population includes children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients; however, 90%+ of patients are over age 12 .
CRNAs perform spinal blocks only . They do not perform regional anesthesia blocks at this facility.
